Cannot Open Console or accept calls

Hello, i just installed LSPDFR in interests of trying it out. After i managed to get past avast and exclude GTA V, i booted up the game only to find that F4 and Y dont do what they are supposed to do. I have tried some methods saying for me to play the game in forced windowed and in directx 11. I also tried pasting

[Miscellaneous] IsDeveloperModeEnabled=True PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000 ConsoleKey=F4 AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False WarnOnPluginLoad=false ShowOnScreenWarnings=True

into my RagePluginHook.ini (looked like what was in there already anyway). Apart from this i have tried remaping the console key to other keys with no luck. Anyone know a fix for this?

Dude, You are a legend!

I did a fresh install of GTA V over night. Then reinstalled LSPDFR and Rage.

Booted up the game doing just like you said and all work perfectly.

For anyone looking for a fix to this problem what fixed the game for me was launching rage hook while in the GTA V menu.
