Tons of them, depending on the size of the department in question (and its budget). Off the top of my head I can name

- Investigative unit, which in turn can have many specialized branches: Homicide, Economic Crimes, Sex Offences, Drugs, Missing Persons...

- Internal affairs unit

- SWAT unit

- Crime lab unit

- Cyber crimes unit

 

Even patrol division can have specialized units, such as plainclothes patrol, highway patrol, aviation unit, marine unit, auxiliary police...
