GTA Crashes on startup because of x64a.rpf

So I just got back into lspdfr and I did a clean download of GTA 5. Whenever I download RPH, it corrupts my x64a.rpf file. I can delete the x64a.rpd file and the game will download a clean one and I can play the vanilla game just fine. Whenever I try to start RPH it corrupts the file. Anyone know how to fix this?
