Rename mods to _mods and retry. A faulty weapon asset is crashing your LSPDFR. -
Update DeadlyWeapons. Theres no indication of a crash displayed in your log. Could be a faulty mods folder.

Make sure to have scripthookv.dll and dinput8.dll in the main GTA folder -
Use the original file from the lspdfr download.

This step regents the mods folder from loading. since your game works now, there is an issue in the mods folder. make sure to have a gameconfig, heapadjuster and packfile limit adjuster. try to revert the latest changes in the mods folder

But mods aren't working if I do that -
Control P also dosent work, and only my brake lights flash when i press e. so only the lightbar stays in place
