The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

long story short made new fresh GTAv folder and when I download LSPD files and try to start the game it crashes on loading screen any suggestion to fix this game starts fine on rage without LSPD

well  no thanks to anyone i found my solution after doing some resarch and came across CYAN topic it was dinput8.dll file

unfortunately, nothing works other than LSPDR  none of my mods work so is there another fix is scrip V fix yet ??????????
