Hello,

Your problem here is Cheep Callouts.

Here are the steps to solve your issue.

1. Go into your plugins folder.

2. Find the Config Settings file named "Cheep Callouts".

3. Open it with notepad++.

4. Find the line titled: "checkfornewversion".

5 Change it to false.

There reason behind this is because Cheep Callouts is no longer available due to an error connecting to the remote server I believe.
