The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So I've just installed a bunch of plugins for LSPDFR. I was installing them and testing them until I got impatient and threw the last ten mods on. Now after I go on duty everything loads as usual but something sets off 3 beeps and then it crashes. Not sure what it is. I was thinking it could be conflicting keybinds or maybe vocaldispatch, but I'm no guru at this stuff...

You seem to be missing Police Scanner audio files

Reinstall all plugins again because you didn't copy over the audio files properly.
