I recently added on a new vehicle and its fine when using it but during a pursuit i discovered that other AI are using the same vehicle too. Is there a way to disable them using it and make it only for me?

You need to edit the backup.xml located in Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr
Simply rename the vehicles to a different police car.
