I've been having this issue with since the newest update, every time I launch RPH it hooks to the game then crashes no loading screen or anything, I think its a scripthookV problem because I can launch gtaV without RPH and scripthookV but when I install scripthookV the game crashes again. RPH just crashes the game with and without scripthookV.
