whenever i load in using rage plugin hook, it says "could not hook process. insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. i even restarted it but it still doesnt work. it happens when i download traffic policer. can someone please help me out

Hello,

You need to turn off McAfee in order to launch RPH. For some reason, McAfee thinks RPH is a virus, and quarantines it. Unfortunately, there is no way to create an exception for RPH, so you must disable your anti-virus to solve the issue.
