We all are unfortunately.. but there's never any timeline to when Scripthook will be updated...  It takes time, and you just gotta wait unfortunately, or revert your game version.

If you were to revert your game version, you would still be unable to use Rage as they updated it today correct?

You'd also have to revert Rage as well, if you've updated it. 

There is a reason the RPH team remove older versions from their site.   Per the  RPH website terms, you may not redistribute it.  If you didn't back up your game, your only option is to wait.  Please note that ScriptHook V is not required for LSPDFR/Rage to work.
