Crashes like 10 seconds after I go on duty

So everything loads, then the little chime happens from RPH and it says the new console commands are added and then while the bottom left spams with the plugins saying they're loaded, it just freezes and then crashes

This is happening to a lot of people. It is a result of cheep callouts. 

Inside \Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR Cheepcallouts.ini Change this setting to False

CheckForNewVersion=false
