Is There a way to quick key-bind the panic button from the PoliceSmartRadio,

I have already tried the 1.2 version of an F11 bind Panic button, but doesn't work, i find that the PSR Panic Button takes too long to access if someone pulls a gun on you in a traffic stop or etc.
