Try removing [Los Santos Protection Squad 1.3.1]

some times custom cars , sounds , visual mods can make your game crash or freeze i would check for any custom this you added to your game. this is why its good to have your stuff stored in your mods folder. or you put something like a plugin script straight in to your main directory which is crashing your game that has happened to me  .
