Hello LSPDFR!

 

I understand that there is an existing NYPD eup pack but it is kinda limited and inaccurate. Could anyone one turn this pack into an EUP pack?

 

It's dulifts NYPD pack.

    Its impossible to convert a ped model uniform into a EUP outfit.

    EUP has it's limitation. 
    The NYPD EUP version by cadmiomred is fairly accurate.
