This gameconfig is required if you install a lot of mods. Please select the current patch, and then 1x traffic and 1x peds(base gta)

Install it in your mods folder.

how do I know if mine is 1x or 2x or 3x?

1x is the Default gta setting.

If you go higher that means you will see an Increase in density of PEDS/VEHICLES

I suggest you don't do that if you don't have a high end pc.

Issue resolved.

Author had a corrupted game save. This is most likely due to menyoo menu as that is extremely outdated and will no longer be updated since menu creator got sued.

Solution is to delete game save and start from new.
