Does anyone here mod these specific for LSPDFR?

 

I downloaded a couple from gta mods but they're just way too crazy to do any serious police RPing my entire city is a warzone xD

 

I wanted it to feel a little more alive, I hate how rival gangs just walk past eachother as best friends?? Or don't even try fighting eachother. So I wanted to mod in some 'border skirmishes' like infrequent  territory skirmishes now and again.

 

But the ones I have now is way OTT, and completely broke my game. Take a look at the hilarious result here:

Any lore-friendly and LSPDFR-friendly relationship & popcycle edits you can recommend?
