I load game in normally and everything. And then i have to turn on RPH and i get in the game and then when i wanna exit main menu game just freezes and crashes.I also pasted logs under.

Inside commandline.txt in your main directory

Enter this 

-DX11 -windowed 

and try again

I don't know the exact reason why but its something to do with Directx and full screen mode, rage can't find the window
