The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It's the Resolution you are playing at. It's very widescreen.  You need to match your Monitor resolution.

that is my monitor resolution.  5760x1080
