The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have LSPDFR and Rage installed and when I put scripthook and simple trainer in LSPDFR or Rage wont load into the game.  Any ideas why this is happing and/or solutions?

Take a screenshot of your entire GTA 5 Folder and upload your ragepluginhook.log

I was going to say I was having this exact issue and in the Rage settings page, I selected force window mode and DirectX 11 and it fixed the issue. I would give this a try like Pavy suggested.
