The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

B and N keys not working cant pull people over!!

your supposed to have a popup screen telling you to enable the buttons for police radio but you can't see that box. 
Launch gta 5 in windowed mode With ragehook settings or the commandline.txt file
Make sure you also have this inside ur main directory https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases
Test it out. After enabling the buttons you have to go on-duty again.
