I created new skins for a vehicle pack in GTA V but cant seem to find out how to make it so that I can edit the license plate lettering in game. Is there a away to do this, if so how?

If you are the owner of the vehicle you need to UV map the plates to the vehicle template so you can edit them over there. Else (if the vehicle uses default plates) you would need to mod the default plates, but you can't change the lettering on them then.
