This is from natural vision remastered. It installs textures for certain vehicles.

Go to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVR_emissive\dlc.rpf\x64\textures.rpf\

Delete the cars that give you that texture issue.

I dont have the NVR_emissive in my dlcpacks

i install the car into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ and police 2 has 3 files
