Now I tried many times to fix it still the same the  ELS make my screen flash too much.

 

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Founder Edition

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8600 CPU @ 3.50GHz

Memory: 16 GB RAM (15.96 GB RAM usable)

Current resolution: 1280 x 720, 60Hz

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

It's not els. It's a graphical mod you have. Anything such as enb, MVGA, redux, NVR.
