i keep getting this error and the game just crash, this just start happening( GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Invalid resource detected - Please re-install the game) i reinstalled a few times.

    Usually I get this message after I add something to the game via SparkIV, a reboot of my computer solves it without having to reinstall.
