The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey so I love to do LSPDFR City Patrols the only problem is Arrest Manger is causing lag for me to play (basically pulling me down from 68FPS - 58FPS) The only problem is mods like Stop The Ped need Arrest Manger to function properly so is there a work around for this like an older version or anything like that for me to be able to use Arrest Manger and keep my FPS high/stable.
