hello ive been having texture problems and i need help trying to fix it i use NVR but idk how to get into it to change it can anybody help me???

OpenIV > Search NVR_emissives.

 

Inside that folder you can delete (Or just rename) the files that belong to the vehicles that are having the problem. 

 

Restart the game and it should be fine.

you hit the "search all directories" button while inside your mods folder? If you have NVR installed there should be an emissive folder in your DLC packs

im new too all this stuff but i still cant find it so sorry to bother you

it's okay, everyone has to start somewhere, right?

 

try this: Go to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVR_emissive\dlc.rpf\x64\textures.rpf

 

find the names of the vehicles that look weird. Usually its Sheriff1, Ruiner, Futo and Penumbra that go all weird.

i found all that but then i get to x64 and textures.rpf isnt there?

that is odd... Try renaming the entire NVR_Emissive folder for the time being and see if that solves your problem. Otherwise you may have a duplicate NVR_Emissive in your game folder that is overwriting it

 

if i new how to uninstall it i would just do that or does that fix anything?

Inside the NaturalVision Remastered folder you downloaded there is an .oiv file called "Original Files" go to the package installer in OpenIV and run that to remove NVR.

there isnt a oiv file called Original Files its the only one is the installer

 

oh sorry! I steered you wrong. inside the optional addons folder there should be an uninstaller folder at the bottom

thank you it worked now i just need to work on my game because it keeps crashing
