The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

You have to unfortunately wait until Dr. Blade updates Scripthook V. There was a stealth patch that brought GTA V to version 1493.1 so Scripthook V will NOT work with 1493.1 (latest version). Hopefully that helps!

So i cant do anything to fix it or does everybody have to wait

As with every single update, things need to be updated in order to work.  Keep an eye on the SHV site.
