The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

needing help on fixing an un-textured vehicle in lspdfr.

Do you have Natural vision remastered installed?

Yes I do have natural vision installed in my game, and the path im using is 


mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday19 > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf

that's the links to where I installed.

Here's the fix

Go to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\NVR_emissive\dlc.rpf\x64\textures.rpf\

 

Delete the sheriff files inside there. 

Whatever other cars appear purple ingame, it's due to NVR. It adds a texture to the vehicle. Simply head over to that location and delete the vehicle name that appears purple.
