The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

basically I cant open up openiv when lspdfr is installed. I was wondering if there was any ideas on how to fix this or if there would be a workaround of some sort. I have the latest game version and rph and latest lspdfr and scripthookv and scripthookvdotnet. the problem is when I try to start the openiv to access the archives in the mods folder I cant. it just says loading game content and stays that way.

Reinstall Openiv.
