The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

CVPI? Charger?

 

Regarding the car being white, does it have a livery?  Check your trainer and see if it has multiple liveries.

ok i followed your guide again just to see if something was missing i changed all the names to a lowercase letter then it worked, i also added the vehicles to patchday18 and then it loaded in the textures but still no engine sound, i am adding in an impala

super sorry, but i added in the impala and its working great, and i tried to add in another vehicle and it crashes my game, tried mpchristmas2 and mpvalentines2 and its still crashing my game

You might need a new gameconfig.  Try this one, however I'm not entirely sure if it's up to date.  If you still crash after installing this, let me know.

hey i know this is an outdated post but the gameconfig you recomended to me no longer works any other suggestions? i downloaded another game config but by the looks of it, it only adds more traffic

It depends on your PC and what it can handle and what you prefer.  If you want more peds, go for more. 🙂

Yep!  You can have as many standalones as you want.  My game is filled with them.

ok now that i got the lights fixed i tried adding in another FPIU and i installed the gameconfig u posted but it says out of game memory now?
