I have a good running copy of LSPDFR, works fine with out adding new cars. I have attempted to add cars several times following a few different walk through's (all essentially the same). The game crashes at the same point every time, during the loading Population and what not. i will attach the files i have altered and the crash report.

Have you properly set up the carvariations file and vehicles.meta file?

If you added vehicles, peds, weapons etc. you typically need a gameconfig to go with it. Try this out https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
