What caused my game to crash? (Log provided)

Hello,

I'm wondering whether it was BetterEMS attempting to locate a patient that had disappeared or the unhandled exception in the default CalloutManager that caused my game to crash. Here is my RPH log from the minute precedint the crash. You can scroll down to 4:18:43 to cut to the chase.

Normally I would go look at the CalloutManager.cs and see what the referenced line of code was, but I can't seem to find it. GTA is not stored on my E:\ drive, it is on my F:\ drive, but even a search of all drives could not locate the CalloutManager.cs script. This seems weird to me so if anyone knows why that is, that'd be helpful too.
