The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I'm having an issue with my backup it's unknown if its a plugin issue but they always run into everything they see and i don't know if its normal i'll be happy to list all my plugins & modifications if needed.

Just to add, LSPDFR+ by Albo does kind of help, but it varies. If you're lead in the pursuit, the AI will usually be very tame. If you're second, third, etc in the pursuit, the AI will probably do whatever they please.

 

In 0.4 of LSPDFR, the AI should be much, much better in pursuits.
