The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hi. I Installed RadianceV. To Get Brighter emergency Lighting. But it doesn't work. BUT When I am a bit far from the vehicle the mod seems like it is working. But when I get near it or in the vehicle. It doesn't work.

You mean, they do not bright the way you need them?
If yes, make sure that in settings you have PostFX on high or higher, and Shaders on high or higher.
