Computer Plus - A Little Help needed

Uh hi again so im having a very annoying problem with computer plus at the moment. Whenever i go in game and go on duty, i try to open computer plus but it wont! I hold down they keys for ages with no luck. Nothing appears. Ive reinstalled computer plus like 5 time snow, deleting all the previous files from the plugins/lspdfr folder then installing thew new files by dropping them in individually. I've read the readme and the download page and other topics similar to this on the forum and followed ALL there instructions closely still but with no luck. I can delete the files then reinstall them and it'll work the first time when i launch gta, when i first go on duty after reinstalling computer plus, i have no problem opening the window up. But then if i quit and start lspdfr and gta again it refuses to open. I've restarted and shut down my computer so many times. I mean im not gonna reinstall computer+ every time i wanna use it. Ive tried changing the ini and using the default controls but still no luck.  A little help would be appreciated as this is frustrating! Log below. Thank you for whoever is my hero

Ok fixed it just needed to reinstall the most basic things. Lspdfr and Rage Plugin. Ughhhhhh. Disregard this thread
