The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

it wont load whatsoever, I think it worked fine if I spawned the car before going on-duty then it would show up no problem on the vehicle selection menu but this wasn't tested, Its my guess though. 

 

edit: as per my statement above I've tested it and it works -- if I spawn the vehicle before going on duty it has no issue showing up on the vehicle selection page -- or I got lucky.
