screen freeze/sound issue

hey guys is anyone able to help me with this issue with gtav/ lspdfr i got 2 issues and i just got a new gameing laptop issue 1 is that i installed one siren then it got rid of my horn and gun sound effects in game i tried resetting in game sounds in the popup menu but that did not work issue 2 i launch lspdfr but my screen freezes but i still get call popups and big map mode and i also have some plugins with it as well they are traffic policer bait car and smart radio idk if they are causeing the issues should i uninstall them if anyone can help me with this issue as soon as possible please messege me back that would be great thanks from nypd 1999 and here are my pc specs

 

dell g 7 gameing pc

 

intel i 7 8 gen

 

 

16.0 gb ram but i install games on drive d

 

nivida geforce gtx graphics

You installed it wrong. If the sound files are over a certain size, it will mute all other sounds in gta5 something along that line. You need to reset it.  As for your other problem, I'm unable to understand what you wrote o.O
