The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have installed lspdfr, lspdfr+, eupmenu, traffic policer, rph, Arrest manager, Additional Computer PlusImage Assets. Why does it detect only the eup menu ?

First off, allmost all of your plugins get loaded with LSPDFR so you should see LSPDFR there, did you install them in your plugins folder?

Now I installed with the manual pack and now I can see it. No I install them to the game folder. I had to install them to the plugins folder?
