Hi guys,

So i’ve Downloaded LSPDFR and a few of the essential MODS per the website...

-LSPDFR+

-Assorted callouts

-ElS

-LSPSFR Computer

All these mods work and the games runs well. I just have a few issues that’s maybe someone can help and assist me with.

1) I was able to put in 1 cruiser from the  CHP mod pack and went through the video tutorial to replace 1 cruiser with the Crown Vic. My issue is, I tried following the same exact steps to put in the Ford Explorer but it won’t show up in the game once I went through the whole process.

i think I’m getting stuck with the OpenIV portion of the install and if I’m replacing the files correctly. I watched Kane’s video regarding going into “Patchday1” and did so for the Crown Vic and it worked. But do I have to go into Patchday2 etc...on EACH new cruiser addition? Or can I keep going into the same batch or what?

2) even with the updated game MODS I find the pedal idiotic and when chasing individuals for knife calls and catching up how do I get them to surrender? And handcuff? They either keep running and falling or I have to shoot them because nothings working.

Is is there a users button guide for just overall controls in general? I feel like I downloaded this thing blind and unsure what does what....

3) How do request people to pull over further then we’re they are? I’ve seen videos but never showing how.

4) Does anyone have any Xbox controller tips or layouts they setup to make using the controller a bit better?

5) Any tips on adding different car skins or 1 generic way to do so? I love the State Police package I’ve seen but the downloaded file doesn’t contain the same folders as some of the other car skins that users post videos on updating. I’m petrified on doing something wrong and starting all over.

any other suggestions or tips would

be amazing. I’m sorry for long questions but I’m unsure where else to go and I hope the community can offer any help.

1. PM on discord for that and I'll teach you how.

2. Your character will always be able to catch up to them running away. Once you get close Pull out ur weapon, aim it at them, and press the Interact button (E?I think? I use D-pad right controller) and you hold the button. A popup on the bottom right corner will say take-down and the PED will surrender and get on the floor. You walk up to them and you will be prompted to handcuff them with E.

3. That is from Albo's Traffic policer mod. Make sure to get all of his plugins. He is a god in this community. It's called TrafficStopMimic and/or TrafficstopFollow setting.

4. I have been using a controller since day one. a Ps4 controller. It doesnt feel good with a mouse. I do use my keyboard mainly for the F1-F12 functions and my numkeypad.

Every plugin almost lets you enable a controller config but I don't set that up for anything because controllers are limited its better to just use your keyboard.

5. You need to replace a certain image file in the .ytd version of the vehicle. It will usually tell you that in the textures download file.

Pm me on discord I'll teach you.
