gta 5 crashes on story mode startup

every time i start gta 5 story mode it crashes, even without ragehook, ive tried everything there was to fix it, but none of it worked, and it all started after trying to install realism dispatch enhanced, and i cant find any files in my mods folder that is messing my game up, if anyone knows what i need to do that would be great

You must remove RDE because it is very outdated and mods alot of files. You won't be able to retrace the files. Delete ur mods folder and start from scratch.
