I load in GTA 5 and my fps is around 90 and peaks at 120. I get in LSPDFR with no plugins and the fps drops maybe by 20. I leave then add my plugins and it drops down to 30 FPS! I remove some plugins and begin testing which ones are causing this. I have learned nothing besides that the fact that the plugins are causing some issues. It seems the more I add the more lag. WHich is unfortunate because I have a really powerful system and this seems like it shouldn't be an issue. Can someone help me find the cause of this? I see several people running the same plugins with higher frames.

Traffic Policer

Arrest manager

stop the ped

sergeant

felony stop

wilderness callouts

LSPDFR+

Computer+

traffic control

speed radar lite

 

SPECS:

Ryzen 1950x

x2 1080ti (I only use one in gta 5 despite it making essentially no difference in frames)

32 gb ram

This is a very common issue, Alot of users experience this. I don't really know why because I get around 70-75 with alot of plugins and I have a bit the same specs you have. But LSPDFR and all the other plugins cause lag because they have to run every time in the background and it's very normal to get a FPS drop.

But also, if you have 90 without plugins and with plugins you have 60, thats not bad.

yeah I guess. I don't mind 60 fps its when I go into Los Santos and am in pursuit it drops to like 30 which is kind of annoying. Thanks!
