Whats up,

 

Taking a shot if someone has every successfully installed the NYPD makeover for mission row post Heist.  I was able to install all interior textures using the manual method since one of the updates broke the automatic install.  The Only thing I cannot get to change is the lighted sign outside the front entrance that says Los Santos (See Attached File)  In order for me to change the outside their was a different place Rockstar put the same textures that was in Candice's instructions (Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpheist\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\dt1_19.rpf\)

 

So really just wondering if anyone has been able to do this.  Thanks.

It looks like unless she included a replacement model for that sign, you're not going to be able to change it to physically say NYPD. Simply changing the texture will put whatever is on the new texture on that model still with Los Santos Police modeled on it. It'd look pretty messy and non legit. 

 

It's possible, but it just wouldn't look right.

Thanks man, looking through the textures in the folder for mission I thought I saw an L shaped overlay that looked like it could have been for the sign but maybe I'm wrong.  Thanks for the reply.
