The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, I am wondering if there are any good mods for LSPDFR that makes it so that cops are stronger in damage resistance and can take more bullets than normal peds. I kind of hate it how they can go down easily as any other ped (in my opinion) and feel like they should get an armor buff.

    Hi. You'd have to modify the pedhealth.meta file which can be found in common.rpf/data.

    Not sure which category cops fall under in that file, however.
