Custom Vehicles Drive Weirdly

Featured Replies

Hi,

This is going to sound vague but recently I've been having the problem where custom vehicles drive like sticks. You can be going 60 and turn the wheel and the back never slides out. The vehicles also seem to accelerate abnormally fast and brake too quickly. It just doesn't drive or feel like it should. I tried replacing the vehicles.meta file too but that didn't help 😞 I don't know what I did to have this happen...

If anyone can provide any support I would appreciate it.

I'd also like to add that I installed the attached vehicle (which came with its own meta file) and it works perfectly. What am I supposed to do with the vehicles that do not come with their own meta file to make them work correctly?

depends on the vehicle but it needs to have the correct vehicle handling.

Albo1125 has a Modding DLC pack you can download that has the templated handling and carvation meta

Basically, you use the meta from the vanilla car and change it's handling to better handle the new vehicle.

Currently, I am using these:

13+ Charger - Buffalo2

FPIS - Police3

FPIU - Gresley

Tahoe - Baller

The Tahoe one I am still working with because it doesn't feel right. But so far, no turn overs.
