A another "ELS.asi" failed to load

Hi all!

it kinda bothers me to reach out for help on a topic that's been posted here allot.

I tried all the suggestions i've seen in all the topics about this issue but somehow it still doesn't load the ELSE.asi 😥

Hope one of you  can make me feel like a incredible noob 🤣

Things installed and made sure i have the latest versions:

- Clean GTA5 (licenced)

- LSPDFR 031

- ELS Ver. 1.05

- asi loader (OpenIV 3 build 1006; Date 25-7-2018)

- AdvancedHookV (19-12-2015)

- ScriptHookV (27-7-2018 | 1.0.1493.0)

- ScriptHookVDotNet (8-8-2018)

- RAGEPluginHook_0_63_1224_15140_ALPHA

- All .NET frameworks (I'm a C# coder so i need those for work :D )

- Several ELS cars with all the files including the .xml's (with their corresponding names) and made sure they're all on the right spot

When i fire up the game, LCPDFR works perfectly but ELS fails to load and in game nothing works (what would make sense if it didn't load).
