I wish clip capture actually recorded it but it didn't. Anyway, if anyone knows why a bunch of unoccupied cop cars created a crime scene around one the mansions (I DID NOT spawn them, i don't even have a trainer) please tell me cause it was annoying trying to patrol that area a more and more cars kept showing up every time i left and came back. If any one knows why that happened that would be nice. And if it did happen again how to get rid of it.

Where do you mean? It could have been a shots fired/shootout call that you didn't attend. All you should really have to do is get far enough away and they should de-spawn. If not, you could try the vdh Towing mod and order a towtruck to take them away, or just drive them off the road yourself.

Looks like they were spawned....that unmarked, I'm assuming is FBI. Therefor meaning that you spawned them. How? I don't know. But the FBI doesn't respond to any call. (I'm talking about the AI)

the fbi does respond to some calls like me the fbi is a challenger and it responded to a pursuit i needed backup 2

Maybe it is a game/snt/i don't know glitch. When a cop car gets spawned somewhere, it for some odd reason might also spawn cars there. Hope this helps any.
