The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Uhh I did, but I forgot. What you can do is downloading a police station mod and check the readme and look where they say where you need to install it.

I managed to find it but i did get a completely different issue afterwards. 

The modded texture won't show up, only the original included in the mod does

Did you replace the right textures?

I know this is the updated exterior after the heist update.  Mission Row

this may be interior
