I want to replace some of the signs inside Mission Row police station, and the two Sheriff stations. Does anyone know where the textures are stored?

Uhh I did, but I forgot. What you can do is downloading a police station mod and check the readme and look where they say where you need to install it.

I managed to find it but i did get a completely different issue afterwards. 

The modded texture won't show up, only the original included in the mod does
