The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've reinstalled GTAV (and updated to the latest July 25th build) in advance of installing LSPD First Response fresh . I've done all the recommended steps, backing up, installing OpenIV, installing all the ASI applications and creating a mods folder.

 

I've downloaded and installed ESL v1.05 with the latest updated AdvancedHookV. I extracted all the contents of ELS into my GTAV root folder. It now has an ELS folder and the ELS .ini and .asi files. I have an ELS.log file which I assume was created when I executed LSPDFR. I have put the

 

I grabbed the 2013 Ford Explorer from the 'Thehurks' 2017 California Highway Patrol Mega Pack - ELS 1.1.0. With Open IV,  I moved the police3 .yft, .ytd and _hi.yft files into my mods folder (mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday19ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf). I moved the police3.xml file to my GTAV>ELS>pack_default folder. This is needed for ELS. I did at one time test by putting the police3.xml file in just the ELS directory and it didn't appear to make a difference, so I put it back in the pack_default directory.

 

When I come on duty, I am able to choose the newly installed vehicle from the gragae, so I assume it's beein installed properly. However, I have my doubts that ELS is available. I cannot pull up the ELS control panel (CTRL-P). At first, that combination pulled up the menu (Paused), so I remapped the Pause function to another empty key. Even after that I can't pull up the panel. It does not appear that any of the other key presses specific to ELS are working either.

 

H - simply turns wig-wags on and a little honk.

J - toggles siren on and off. Only one siren available

 

 

Can anyone help me get this working? Did I miss something that might have been missing from the installation videos I referred to during installation.

I'm going to assume something got corrupted somewhere along the line. I redownloaded and reinstalled from that and things were night and day. I think I have it going well now. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge and experience to help solve my problems.
