hey guys i downloaded GTA IV LCPDFR yesterday and its great but im just having some issues with the f9 key i cant get people to show there licenses or anything to do with f9 :( please help is there anyway of chaniging the controls around ? :)

try another keyboard? do you have anyother mods that would use the f9 key?

i have tried with my latop key board (brand new laptop ) but i thought just incase would try with a different one and still it didnt work like i cant put people in the car when i arrest them it just doesnt work on this mod for somereason and one last thing do you know how to put car mods in the game after downloading them ? :)

COuld your f9 key be bound to a system item? like sound? or some shit?

Depends on what version of IV you got, I got 1.0.7.0. so if yours is the same go here: SparkIV 0.6.6.zip
